Tichaona Dande, has lived and worked in Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa in the mining, construction, education, consumer electronics and e-commerce sectors. He left Amazon.com Development Centre in Cape Town in 2015, after 4 years of service to pursue further studies in Finland where he has completed a Masters’ in International Comparative Law (Environmental & Climate Change Law & Policy) from the University of Eastern Finland, a M.SSc in Global Politics (Governance, Organisation & Communication) from the University of Helsinki and a Diploma in Development studies. He is a committee member of the Zimbabwe Diaspora Re-Engagement Team and currently works with various civil society groups in Zimbabwe focusing on governance, human rights, activism, democratic participation and development on a volunteer basis.
