This event seeks to explore the notion of wellbeing from the viewpoint of exercise, food and mental habits that support optimal health. How can we move, think and eat to live well? This event though moving discussions and performance will challenge participants to  create healthy relationships with food, cultivate the habit of routine exercise and practice mental habits that can support them to live well all the way.

  • 16:25 Dance performance by Godwin Otieno
  • 16:40 Panel discussion on move, think and eat to live well

  • 17:40 Networking with refreshments
