Nia Sullivan is a social worker from Washington State and is a master’s student at Åbo Akademi University, where she studies social exclusion and gender studies. She focuses on socialization, racialized communities, and identity performance in Finland. Nia is a researcher for Race, Mental Health and Young POC (RaMePOC), interns for Think Africa’s ‘Entrepreneurial Break,’ and recently joined Good Hair Day as a volunteer.
